    I had breakfast with a friend. The food was great and they kept my coffee topped off. It is a great place to eat and meet. I wear hearing aids and even with the restaurant full, I could still hear everything my friend was saying. If you have not tried it, you must put it on your list.

    Old school Mexican restaurant. Great prices, crispy chips, cold tea. Had a really excellent meal here.

    We stopped here on way home from Galveston after a week long cruise. The Mexican food at the ports (in Mexico) was terrible, as was the Mexican food on board the ship. The chips were warm and crispy, the salsa was wonderful, the chicken enchiladas were tasty and the service was excellent. When I go on a trip I miss good Mexican food. This stop scratched that itch perfectly. I highly recommend this place.
